Virginia R. Buckelew, 79, passed away July 4, 2020, surrounded by family at her home in San Antonio, Texas.
Virginia Buckelew was a dedicated, long time Little League volunteer with over 50 years of service. Virginia and her husband Richard, were instrumental in developing the traditions establishing District 19 as a leader of leaders.
